The platform is based on 3 main entities working seamlessly together: Companies, Contacts, and Orders.
Companies – Are the assets that are being traded; SpaceX, Databricks, to name a few.
Contacts – is the CRM part of our management platform, where you store all your buyers, sellers, partners, and service providers contacts’ data in a bulletproof secure method that prevents anyone else, including us as the platform owner, to access that data.
Orders – is where you place your buy and sell indications.
Every order is linked to a specific company & specific contact (Those are mandatory).

- Volume
- Price (You can store the order based on price per share or based on valuation)
- Share class
- Structure
- Your relationship with the buyer or seller (you are the buyer/ seller, you are 1st hand, 2nd hand or higher)
- Whether the indication is firm (serious) or just half baked (exploratory)
- If you were introduced to this order by someone
And since our management platform is integrated into a live marketplace – you can define if the order is:
- Open – so everyone in the marketplace will see it (without the buyer or seller identity, of course).
- Hidden – which means only you will know about it.
Once an order is placed, you can easily check if you have an existing counterpart to match this order within your own network or via a 3rd party order, placed by another broker.
Other brokers' orders disclose all details apart from the buyer or seller identity, of course.
If you see such a potential match – all you need to do is press "Connect" and the other broker will get a notification stating that some other broker has a potential buyer or a seller that matches their order.
Once they confirm the connection request, the platform will automatically connect between the 2 of you to conduct a direct dialogue to see if this is a real opportunity.
"Orders Connection" is where all connection requests (from you to others and others to you) are displayed to help you easily track it.
The platform, apart from helping you find potential matches for your clients, is not a side for the transaction and we would not charge anything for this service.
