The Tasks Page—often called "To-Do" on other platforms—is a powerful tool designed to centralize, synchronize, and streamline your workflow.
It automatically syncs with all the data in your system, giving you a clear, real-time view of your business operations. At any moment, you'll have a complete picture of your trades, customer management, and related tasks, helping you stay organized, efficient, and proactive.
Start your day by checking the tasks on the dashboard to see what needs to be done today. Then, move to the Tasks Page for a broader view of all your ongoing tasks.
To add a new task:
- Click the button in the top-right corner of the Tasks page.
- Choose the task type and link it to a company or contact.
- When entering the task description and notes, you can type # to add links to companies or contacts.
- Set the Due Date, Status, and Priority.
- You can also assign a custom color to make the task stand out.
- Assign tasks to team members to keep your workflow smooth and efficient.
- Assigned tasks are visible and editable by the relevant team members, improving accountability and collaboration.
Whenever a buy or a sell order is added to the system, a task is automatically created on the Tasks Page.
Each of these tasks is linked to the order and the relevant contact, allowing you to set sub-tasks that increase the chances of successfully matching the order.
You can edit tasks directly within the Tasks page or click the edit icon to open and modify all fields at once.
